For warranty claims:

1) One to one exchange for faulty unit only applicable if first test on diffuser without putting aroma, otherwise will be treated as warranty unit.

2) Faulty products must be delivered in its original packaging (including accessories, manuals, and original box) to Health2Home.

3) Delivery costs for warranty claim item to be covered by Buyer. Health2Home will cover delivery costs of replacement unit to Buyer.

4) Warranty claims which do not fulfill the above will not be able to claim warranty.
