UParcel(Home Delivery):

(1) Orders placed BEFORE 12pm will be delivered next day, while orders placed AFTER 12pm will be delivered the day after. For example, orders placed BEFORE 12pm on Monday will be delivered on Tuesday. Orders placed AFTER 12pm on Monday will be delivered on Wednesday.

(2) UParcel is available to 2 slots, 10AM - 2PM or 3PM - 7PM.

(3) Under "Message", input your desired delivery date and other specific requests. We will do our best to meet them!

(4) For any questions, please feel free to chat with us.

(5) For urgent deliveries, please contact us via Chat and we will try out best to accommodate.

(6) Please be at home and ready to collect your products. Our friendly delivery agents will contact you to arrange for items to be placed outside your house should you be unavailable.

(7) Due to the perishable nature of our products, refunds/returns are strictly not be provided after collection/delivery.

Self Collection:

(1) Please place orders for store pick-up at least 2 days in advance (excluding weekends and public holidays).

(2) If you don't have a redemption date yet and wish to let us know again, just give us at least 2 working days lead-time prior your desired redemption date.

(3) For any changes, please inform us at least 1 working day before your original redemption date.

(4) Under "Remark to Seller", input your desired collection date and other specific requests. We will do our best to meet them!

(5) Show your Shopee order ID thru the app and provide your name as per Shopee order (not your Shopee chat name) on your day of collection.
