UMF 20+ - Contains MGO 829+. MGO stands for Methylglyoxal and it is a naturally occurring compound found in the Manuka honey which is responsible for its antibacterial properties. The higher the UMF number, the higher the MGO content and the more antibacterial strength the honey has.
