#Return & Exchange Policy

At ERGOWORKS, we understand that our customers may occasionally need to return or exchange a product. We strive to make this process as easy as possible for you, while also maintaining certain limitations to ensure the quality of our products and the safety of our customers.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your pillow / mattress within 7 days of receiving it for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your pillow / mattress must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Exceptions to Return Policy:

There are certain situations where we cannot accept returns, including:

Used or washed pillows / mattress: For hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on pillows that have been used or washed.

Personalized pillow / mattresss: If you have customized your pillow with a name, image, or message, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.

Sale items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refund Policy:

If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 7 business days of receiving your returned item. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for purchase.

Exchanges:

If you would like to exchange your pillow / mattress for a different product, please contact us at [email or phone number] to arrange for an exchange. You will be responsible for any price difference between the two products and any additional shipping costs.
