Soak in water for about 3 to 5 minutes. 2. After the ice pack expands, take it out and wipe the surface water droplet to prevent stick with others when ice pack is frozen. If the ice pack is stick with others, let it unfreeze awhile to avoid the woven surface spoil. 3. Put into the freezer (the non-woven surface should face up) then freeze it for more than 6 hours. 4. Use a cooler bag/box for a better cooling effect. Owner self-experiment: 1. Stack 2 sheets of ice packs together with the item (your product) inside closed Styrofoam or cooler bag can last at least 8 hours. 2.
