Avoid corrosive cleaners when cleaning product

Keep furniture dry and only use dry cloth or duster to clean item

Keep away from areas of high humidity, high heat and flames 

Do not move the furniture when there are objects on it

Please take note of the following:

(1) Non-lift accessibility: There is a $10 surcharge payable to the logistics crew for each item for each flight of stairs needed to reach the recipient's apartment.

(2) If you live in a condo: Please let us know the approved time slots for delivery as stipulated by your building management.

(3) If you are not around, please ensure there is an authorized individual to receive the order at the delivery address. Any unsuccessful delivery attempt or a long waiting time will result in a re-delivery fee of $50.

(4) We are usually on time, but do anticipate slight delays on the delivery day due to unforeseen circumstances (bad weather, heavy traffic etc.).

(5) You are strongly advised to inspect the furniture as items delivered and/or assembled are not eligible for refund/return unless a manufacturer defect is found and the logistics crew is informed at the point of receipt (Note: The 14 day return policy is a default feature by Shopee and is not applicable to items bought on Levels official website)

(6) For self-assembly orders, kindly note that items sold once unboxed and/or assembled are not eligible for returns or refunds, but if there’s a manufacturer defect found on parts that are original and unmodified, please send us an image promptly prior to assembling it on so we can arrange for a specialist to investigate and propose a replacement part. There is no cost to replace defective parts but should technical assistance for assembly be required, there will be a standard call-out fee of $50.
