For items marked as "Pre-Order", the items are stored in our Laguna inventory. We can retrieve them during weekends and ship by Monday or Tuesday. We use bubble wrap and/or cardboard box in packing items. However, please understand that we are not responsible for issues caused by the courier's possible mishandling of parcels.
