Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Does the Wall Fan come with a remote?

Answer: No, this Wall Fan has a Pull Cord to adjust the fan speed and oscillation.

2. Do we do Wall Fan installation?

Answer: No, we do not do installations. We only provide the wall fan bracket and screws. The Wall Fan can be mounted on the hook easily. All of our Toyomi wall fans use the same wall fan bracket.

3. Can the fan be tilted?

Answer: Yes, you are able to tilt the fan manually downwards. Please use oscillation mode to move the fan from side to side as it is good practice to avoid pushing the fan side to side for longer product life.

4. Can the fan ring, fan blades and fan guards be removed for cleaning?

Answer: Yes, you are able to remove everything from the fan motor for cleaning.

5. Can the fan blade be purchased? How much is it?

Answer: Yes, you can purchase the fan blade ($15) at our customer service centre 459-461 Geylang Road, S389420. We are open from Mondays to Fridays from 9.30am to 5pm and Saturdays from 9.30am to 3pm. We are closed on Sundays and PHs. Please avoid our lunch hour from 1pm to 2pm. You can also email service@toyomi.com.sg to arrange for delivery for $4.30 which is done through PayLah! online payment. We do not recommend delivery for fan blades as it is a fragile item and we will not be held responsible for any damage to the fan blade during delivery. You can place your order by emailing us at service@toyomi.com.sg with the model number and qty needed :)

6. How long is the fan cable?

Answer: It is 1.5metres.

7. How long is the warranty period and how do I claim for repair during the warranty?

Answer: The local SG warranty is for 1 year for all other parts other than the motor, which is for 3 years. You can sign up for your warranty on www.toyomi.com.sg and screenshot a photo of your confirmed order in the field to register your warranty. Serial number can be found on the silver label on the product itself. If your product is not working during the warranty, please come down to our customer service centre 459-461 Geylang Road s389420 to send your product in for repair.
