📢 Disclaimer: Upon delivery, all bicycles are assembled and tuned. We do our best to wrap the bikes up with plastic wrappings to prevent scratches. However occasionally during delivery, scratches can happen despite all the bubble wrap. Customers who cannot accept any scratches, please inform us for self collection.

📢 It is impossible to bubble wrap crank set, wheels and spokes as they are movable parts. All our bicycles are QC before they are delivered. Hence, we do not accept refunds as we are paying for delivery cost.
